As a Teacher, you will help students develop as sensitive and engaged citizens.

Qualification and Experience

1. Pre Primary - Degree with Nursery Teacher Training /Montessori or equivalent teacher training course
2. Primary – Graduation along with D.Ed./B.Ed.
3. Upper Primary – Bachelor of Education degree (B.Ed.)
4. Music - Relevant qualification along with B.Ed. is required.
5. Physical Education - Bachelor’s degree in physical education
6. Special Education - Relevant qualification in the respective subject along with B.Ed. is required.
7. Visual Art – Bachelor’s degree in visual arts/fine arts
8. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in relevant subjects.
9. Ability to teach in English with knowledge of Kannada.

1. Facilitate the development of children with diverse backgrounds, interests, and abilities through participative classroom processes
2. Encourage active discovery and independent learning
3. Develop curriculum and content for teaching-learning based on the context of the children
4. Develop a curricular plan and achieve curricular objectives for each child
5. Continuously engage with the community and parents to ensure their participation in school processes
6. Participate in and help build the school processes
