Qualification and Experience

1. Pre Primary - Graduation along with NTT or equivalent teacher training course is required
2. Primary – Graduation in any subject along with D.Ed. or B.Ed. is required.
3. Upper Primary – Graduation in relevant subjects along with B.Ed. is required
4. Secondary/High School- Graduation in relevant subjects along with B.Ed. is required
5. Sr. Secondary/PU - Masters along with B.Ed. degree
6. Music - Relevant qualification along with B.Ed. is required.
7. Physical Education - Relevant qualifications in the respective subjects along with B.Ed. is required.
8. Special Education - Relevant qualifications in the respective subjects along with B.Ed. is required.
9. Student Counsellor – Masters in Psychology/MSW (Clinical/Counselling/Child or Applied Psychology) and minimum of two years’ experience in counselling work with children or youth.
10. Visual Art - Bachelor’s degree in visual arts/fine arts
11. At least 2 years of teaching experience and the ability to teach in English and Kannada is a must

1. Facilitate the development of children with diverse backgrounds, interests, and abilities through participative classroom processes
2. Encourage active discovery and independent learning
3. Develop curriculum and content for teaching-learning based on the context of the children
4. Develop a curricular plan and achieve curricular objectives for each child
5. Continuously engage with the community and parents to ensure their participation in school processes
6. Participate in and help build the school processes
